Gmail Add-on / Inbox Sidebar

Manage NudgeForMe directly inside Gmail without needing to open the web app. We’re exploring a Gmail-native sidebar experience that could let you: Review discovered follow-up opportunities Create drafts or use Research & Draft Approve or revoke auto-send Dismiss conversations See the next follow-up status and scheduled date Pause or resume a follow-up sequence Open the related Nudge activity and context from the inbox The goal is to make Nudge feel more inbox-native while keeping the full dashboard available for deeper settings, analytics, workspaces and team management.

Follow-Up Experiments & A/B Testing

Explore which follow-up approach actually earns more responses. We’re exploring lightweight experiments for teams that run enough follow-up volume to compare different message approaches, sequence structures or timing strategies. The goal would be practical learning — which approach is getting conversations restarted — rather than vanity metrics or guaranteed conversion claims.

Team Approval Flows

Give teams more control over which follow-ups can go out automatically. We’re exploring approval rules for shared workflows — for example requiring review for certain workspaces, clients, opportunity types or higher-risk messages while allowing routine follow-ups to move faster. This could be especially useful for agencies and teams where one person manages the workflow but another owns the customer relationship.

API & Webhooks for Re-Engagement Events

Let NudgeForMe participate in larger workflows. We’re exploring an API and webhooks for events such as opportunity discovered, draft created, follow-up sent, reply detected, sequence stopped and outcome updated. This would make it easier for teams to connect NudgeForMe with internal tools, reporting systems and custom automation without requiring a dedicated integration for every workflow.

Advanced Agency Controls & Client Reporting

Workspaces are live; this is the next layer for agencies operating NudgeForMe across many clients. We’re exploring more granular permissions, client-level reporting, easier workspace switching and stronger controls for keeping client activity separated while still giving the agency a useful overall view. The goal is to make multi-client follow-up easier to manage without turning NudgeForMe into a heavyweight CRM.

CRM Sync for Recovered Opportunities

Exploring how recovered opportunities flow back into the systems teams already use. This could sync NudgeForMe follow-up activity, replies, status changes and recovered opportunities into CRM workflows so teams do not have to manually recreate the history elsewhere. The focus is continuity: NudgeForMe discovers and re-engages the opportunity, while the CRM remains the system where the broader customer or deal workflow continues.

Shared Recovery Pipeline

Team members and workspace access are already live. This explores the next layer: managing recovered opportunities together. We’re exploring a shared view of re-engagement opportunities with ownership, assignments, status and outcomes across a team. The goal is to make NudgeForMe useful not only for one person recovering their own missed follow-ups, but for teams managing a shared pipeline of conversations that should not disappear.

Reusable Follow-Up Playbooks

Exploring reusable follow-up strategies, not just canned templates. A playbook could combine the goal of the follow-up, research instructions, message approach, cadence and stopping behavior for a specific workflow. Examples include sales leads, conference follow-ups, partnerships, recruiting, invoices, client check-ins and dormant customers — while still personalizing each message to the actual person and conversation.

Outcome & Recovery Analytics

Move beyond “drafts created” and measure whether conversations actually came back to life. We plan to show signals such as conversations restarted, replies generated, opportunities moved forward and follow-ups that resulted in a meaningful next step. Where connected systems make it possible, we also want to connect re-engagement activity to downstream business outcomes — without pretending every reply equals revenue.

CSV Lead Import & Follow-Up

Turn an event lead list into a researched, personalized follow-up workflow. Import leads from conferences, trade shows, networking events, prospect lists and other CSV sources — even when there is no existing email thread to recover. NudgeForMe can use its research layer to add context, create personalized first outreach, place the lead into a Nudge follow-up sequence, monitor for replies and stop automatically when the person responds. This expands NudgeForMe from recovering missed inbox conversations into re-engaging valuable leads from outside the inbox too.

Add Any Conversation to Nudge

Sometimes you already know a thread needs follow-up. We plan to make it easier to manually add a conversation to Nudge without waiting for it to be discovered in a scan. This would give users a direct path from “I need to remember this one” to a monitored follow-up sequence, while keeping automatic opportunity discovery for everything they may have forgotten.

Nudge Team
Feature Request

Saved Opportunity Views & Filters

Make large opportunity lists easier to work through. We plan to add richer filtering and saved views so users can quickly focus on the opportunities that matter to them — for example by mailbox, workspace, age, score, status, contact or follow-up stage. This becomes especially useful as NudgeForMe scans deeper history and teams manage more inboxes together.

Calendar-Aware Follow-Up Stopping

A booked meeting can mean the follow-up already worked — even if nobody replied by email. We plan to explore calendar signals so NudgeForMe can recognize when a meeting or call has been booked and avoid continuing an unnecessary sequence. This is part of making stopping logic understand real outcomes, not only email replies.

Nudge Team
Feature Request

Goal-Aware Adaptive Sequences

Make each follow-up step move toward an outcome instead of repeating the same reminder. We plan to let a sequence understand what you are trying to achieve — for example getting a decision, booking a call, collecting a file, confirming payment or restarting a sales conversation — and adapt later touches around that goal. The intent is more useful progression across a sequence, not simply “checking in” five different ways.

More Research & Enrichment Sources

Research & Draft is already live today with Apollo, Cleanlist and web search. This roadmap item is about expanding the research layer with additional sources and richer context before a follow-up is written. The goal is not to bolt on a long list of integrations for the sake of it. It is to give NudgeForMe better information when that information can materially improve who you contact, why you contact them and what the next message should say.

Nudge Team
Feature Request

Smarter Opportunity Scoring

The core job is not finding every unanswered email — it is finding the ones genuinely worth another touch. We plan to improve opportunity ranking using conversation intent, what action was expected next, recency, relationship history and other response signals. The goal is better prioritization, fewer weak opportunities and more confidence that the conversations at the top of the list are the ones you should actually re-engage.

Nudge Team
Feature Request

Relationship Context Across Threads

Exploring a deeper understanding of the relationship, not just one isolated email thread. When useful, NudgeForMe could consider relevant history across multiple conversations with the same contact or organization before deciding whether to follow up and what to say. This could help avoid repetitive outreach, recognize what has already been discussed and give follow-ups better context — especially for long-running sales, partnership, recruiting and client relationships.

Nudge Team
Feature Request

Smarter Follow-Up Timing

When you follow up can matter as much as what you say. We plan to make timing more context-aware using conversation history, the recipient’s timezone, previous reply behavior and signals such as out-of-office return dates. Instead of relying only on a fixed “wait X days” rule, NudgeForMe should increasingly choose timing that fits the relationship and the conversation.

Safe Sending & Follow-Up Safeguards

Automation should react to real-world email behavior. NudgeForMe includes timezone-aware sending, reply monitoring, bounce and out-of-office safeguards, contact/domain blocking, and support for carrying forward previous attachments when appropriate. These controls help keep automated follow-up useful without turning it into blind email blasting.

Gmail, Outlook & IMAP Mailbox Support

Run NudgeForMe across the mailboxes you already use. Support is live for Gmail and Google Workspace, Outlook and Microsoft 365, plus IMAP-based mailboxes. NudgeForMe can discover follow-up opportunities, create drafts and monitor replies across supported providers.

Reply-Aware Follow-Up Sequences

Keep following up without continuing after the conversation changes. Multi-step sequences are live. NudgeForMe monitors the mailbox between touches and stops an active sequence when the recipient replies, helping avoid awkward follow-ups after someone has already responded.

Research & Draft

Bring fresh context into an old conversation before writing the next touch. Research & Draft is live with Apollo, Cleanlist and web search. NudgeForMe can combine fresh contact or company research with the existing email thread before creating a personalized follow-up. Research is optional and the resulting message can still be reviewed before anything is sent.

Nudge Team
Feature Request

Historical Mailbox Scanning

Recover opportunities that disappeared months or years ago. NudgeForMe can scan historical sent conversations far beyond a recent inbox window, with lookback depth scaling by plan and reaching up to four years on supported plans. The goal is to surface valuable old proposals, introductions, approvals, client threads and other conversations that would otherwise stay buried.

Nudge Team
Feature Request

Native Drafts Inside Your Mailbox

Follow-ups should live where you already work. NudgeForMe creates follow-up drafts inside the connected mailbox and keeps them attached to the relevant conversation where supported. Review, edit, send or delete them using your normal email workflow instead of copying text from another tool.

Workspaces & Team Administration

Organize NudgeForMe across clients, businesses and teams. Workspaces are live, including team-member access and workspace-level administration. Agencies, consultants and multi-business operators can separate mailboxes, opportunities, settings and follow-up activity instead of mixing everything into one account. This is the foundation for the deeper agency and team controls we’re continuing to build.
