Add Any Conversation to Nudge

Sometimes you already know a thread needs follow-up.

We plan to make it easier to manually add a conversation to Nudge without waiting for it to be discovered in a scan.

This would give users a direct path from “I need to remember this one” to a monitored follow-up sequence, while keeping automatic opportunity discovery for everything they may have forgotten.
