Follow new updates and improvements to Nudge For Me.

August 22nd, 2026

This week NudgeForMe moved further from “follow-up drafting” toward a broader re-engagement workflow.

Research & Draft is now production-ready

You can research a contact before writing the next message using:

  • Apollo
  • Cleanlist
  • Web search

Research can be used to add useful context before drafting outreach, especially when the original thread is thin or you are re-engaging someone after a long gap.

Look further back

Historical mailbox lookback can now reach up to four years, depending on your plan. That makes it possible to uncover older conversations and relationships that would never appear in a normal “recent sent mail” workflow.

These two pieces are important to where NudgeForMe is heading: not just remembering to follow up, but helping you decide who is worth re-engaging, what changed, and what the next useful message should be.

August 15th, 2026

NudgeForMe is growing beyond a single-user follow-up tool.

New team foundations

  • Create and manage multiple workspaces
  • Add team members so follow-up work does not have to live with one person
  • Use workspace-level admin controls for clearer ownership and management
  • Keep multiple mailboxes and follow-up activity organized inside the right workspace

This is an important foundation for agencies, sales teams and companies that want NudgeForMe to become part of a repeatable re-engagement workflow rather than a personal inbox utility.

There is more team functionality on the roadmap, but the core workspace and access layer is now live.

August 8th, 2026

This week we focused on making automated follow-up useful without making it reckless.

What improved

  • Automatic reply detection stops an active sequence when someone responds
  • Out-of-office and bounce safeguards help avoid sending at the wrong moment
  • Timezone-aware sending keeps follow-ups inside a more appropriate local window
  • Contact and domain allow/block controls give you more say over who Nudge should touch
  • Custom writing instructions give you more control over how follow-ups sound
  • Previous sent attachments can be carried forward when needed

NudgeForMe is designed to start with control and earn its way into automation. The goal is not to send more email — it is to follow up on the right conversations, at the right time, without creating extra cleanup work.

August 1st, 2026

NudgeForMe launched on Product Hunt on August 1 with one focused idea: valuable conversations should not disappear just because somebody forgot to follow up.

What NudgeForMe does

  • Scans past sent conversations for genuine open loops and missed opportunities
  • Uses conversation context to decide whether another follow-up actually makes sense
  • Creates personalized follow-up drafts inside your connected mailbox
  • Lets you review, edit, send or dismiss before anything goes out
  • Supports follow-up sequences and stops when a reply is detected

NudgeForMe is built by the Snoooz team and shares the same email infrastructure, but it has a different job: Snoooz helps run the inbox; NudgeForMe is focused on re-engagement and recovering conversations that went quiet.

This launch is the starting point. We’re building deeper around discovery, research, personalization, follow-up automation and measuring what was actually recovered.
