We plan to make timing more context-aware using conversation history, the recipient’s timezone, previous reply behavior and signals such as out-of-office return dates.

Instead of relying only on a fixed “wait X days” rule, NudgeForMe should increasingly choose timing that fits the relationship and the conversation.
