Workspace-level settings for different clients and businesses
Workspaces became much more useful this week.
Instead of simply grouping mailboxes, each workspace can now have its own follow-up behaviour.
You can now customize by workspace
Different workspaces can have different:
Follow-up timing
Number of follow-up attempts
Draft or automatic-send behaviour
Writing instructions
Target contacts and domains
Blocked contacts and domains
Research configuration
That means someone managing several clients or businesses does not have to use the same follow-up rules everywhere.
For example:
Client A
Conservative follow-up timing
Draft only
Formal writing style
Internal Sales
Faster timing
Automatic sending
More persistent follow-up
The workspace is becoming the main boundary for how Nudge behaves.
