Team roles and workspace-specific access

NudgeForMe now supports a clearer team permission model.

Not every team member should automatically have access to every client or every mailbox, so we introduced three simple roles.

Owner

The Owner controls the full account, including:

  • All workspaces

  • All mailboxes

  • Team management

  • Account-level controls

  • Billing and plan management

Admin

Admins can manage operational activity across the organization, including:

  • Workspaces

  • Mailboxes

  • Team members

  • Follow-up configuration

Workspace Manager

Workspace Managers only get access to the workspaces assigned to them.

They can work with opportunities and settings inside those spaces without seeing unrelated clients or businesses.

A person can also be assigned to more than one workspace.

This is an important step toward making Nudge useful for agencies and teams while keeping client and business activity properly separated.
