Smarter reply detection across different email threads

People do not always reply inside the exact same email thread.

Someone might respond to you in a newer conversation, start another thread, or address the same topic elsewhere.

This week we added protection for that.

Cross-thread reply protection

Before creating or sending another follow-up, Nudge can check for newer communication from the same contact.

If another conversation appears to resolve the open loop, Nudge can:

• Stop the follow-up automatically

• Mark the opportunity as replied

• Record why it was stopped

If the newer conversation might be relevant but is not clear enough to decide safely, Nudge can:

• Pause the opportunity

• Mark it as needing review

• Let you decide what to do next

This reduces one of the biggest risks with automated follow-up: sending a perfectly timed email that is no longer appropriate because the conversation moved somewhere else.
