Research results are now visible — not hidden behind AI

Research & Draft should not feel like a black box.

This week we made research results visible so you can see what Nudge actually found before or after it generates an email.

New Research evidence view

After research runs, you can now inspect:

  • Which research providers were used

  • Whether each provider returned a result

  • Structured person and company information

  • Public web findings

  • Source links

  • Research quality

  • Which facts Nudge considered relevant

  • Which information was actually used when drafting

Research results can be categorized as:

  • Useful research

  • Basic enrichment

  • No useful match

  • Partial research

  • Provider error

Why we added this

Sometimes a provider works perfectly but only returns generic information such as job title or company size.

That does not always justify changing the email.

Now you can distinguish between:

“Research failed”

and:

“Research worked, but Nudge did not find anything relevant enough to force into the message.”

You can still use the research yourself even when Nudge decides not to include it in the draft.
