Organization controls for mailboxes, workspaces and team members

As accounts grow, workspace settings alone are not enough.

This week we added an organization-level management layer for account owners and admins.

New organization controls

Owners and admins can now:

• See all workspaces in one place

• See all connected mailboxes across the account

• Move a mailbox from one workspace to another

• Rename and manage workspaces

• See team membership across the organization

• Keep operational settings separate from account-wide administration

Inside an individual workspace, users only see the mailboxes assigned to that workspace.

If a mailbox is moved, its existing Nudge opportunities move with it so the conversation history does not become disconnected from the mailbox.

This makes workspaces much more practical for agencies and multi-business accounts.
