Better opportunity review and safer draft creation

Finding a possible missed follow-up is only useful if you can quickly decide whether it is actually worth pursuing.

This week we improved the opportunity review workflow and added more protection around draft creation.

What improved

  • Review missed opportunities before taking action

  • Mark opportunities as useful or dismiss them

  • Restore previously dismissed opportunities when needed

  • Create a follow-up draft directly from an opportunity

  • Prevent duplicate drafts when a Nudge draft already exists in the mailbox

  • Keep the email thread as the source of truth before generating another follow-up

Nudge now checks the latest state of the conversation again before creating a draft.

If the recipient has already replied or the conversation is no longer waiting on them, Nudge can stop instead of generating an unnecessary message.

This makes the review queue more useful and reduces the chance of awkward duplicate follow-ups.
