A major reliability and AppSumo launch update

We have spent the last several weeks preparing NudgeForMe for a much larger group of users.

This release brings together improvements across discovery, automation, research, workspaces and account management.

Longer historical opportunity discovery

Depending on your plan, Nudge can now look substantially further back through your sent conversations.

Higher tiers support historical discovery ranging from months to multiple years, with the highest tier supporting up to four years of history.

This is particularly useful for:

  • Old sales conversations

  • Previous prospects

  • Former clients

  • Partnerships that went quiet

  • Introductions that were never followed up

  • Relationships worth restarting

More flexible follow-up timing

Different plans now support different levels of follow-up persistence, from a small number of attempts to continuing until a reply.

You can also control timing using simple presets or custom timing where supported.

Safer automatic sending

Before sending automatically, Nudge re-checks the latest state of the conversation.

Automatic follow-up includes safeguards around:

  • Replies

  • Bounces

  • Out-of-office responses

  • Mailbox connection problems

  • Contact and domain permissions

  • Existing drafts

  • Cross-thread replies

If automatic sending fails, Nudge keeps the draft available for review instead of blindly creating another one.

Better attachment handling

When enabled, previous attachments can be carried into follow-up drafts for supported Gmail and Outlook conversations.

Research provider flexibility

Research & Draft can now use supported providers including:

  • Cleanlist

  • Apollo

  • Web research

Research sources can be arranged in a preferred order, allowing Nudge to try one provider first and continue to another when useful information is still missing.

Better team and workspace management

The latest version also includes:

  • Multiple workspaces

  • Multiple mailboxes

  • Multiple mailboxes from the same provider

  • Owner, Admin and Workspace Manager roles

  • Workspace-specific mailbox views

  • Workspace-specific settings

  • Organization-wide mailbox management

  • Moving mailboxes between workspaces

  • Team invitations and workspace assignments

Improved account security

We also strengthened account flows including safer password reset handling and rate limiting.

It is gradually becoming a broader re-engagement system that can discover the opportunity, understand the conversation, research useful context, prepare the next message and keep following up safely until the loop is closed.
